Bathrooms By Oldham were engaged to renovate the downstairs guest bathroom.

The brief was to re-design and provide better functionality for elderly guests along with much-needed storage.

We removed a window and the bath to provide a double walk in shower with accessibility for elderly visiting guests.

Marble ceramic wall tiles and dark floors created a sophisticated modern feel.

Other features included were underfloor heating, heated vertical towel rails, strip lighting on a sensor with switch over-ride, hair dryer point with usb in the vanity draw, recessed shaving cabinets with power points, shower and wc niches, in-wall cistern. All tile edges were mitred with a marble hexagon feature in the back of the niches.
